Order & Pre-Order Processing

All orders and pre-orders for our new products currently have an estimated lead time, which is clearly displayed on each product page. Please review this information before completing your purchase.
 

Shipping Options & Costs

At checkout, you may be presented with a selection of shipping options, including standard and tracked delivery services. Shipping costs vary depending on the option selected, your location, and the size/weight of your order.

  • If you choose a tracked shipping option, a signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel during normal working hours. If no one is available, the order may be returned to us and subject to additional redelivery charges.

  • Certain countries, such as Russia, require additional handling due to oversized freight requirements and the need to ship lithium-ion batteries separately as Dangerous Goods. This may increase shipping costs and delivery times compared to standard worldwide shipping rates. We work with experienced logistics partners to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering if shipping to these destinations.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided based on the selected shipping method and begin from the date of dispatch. Please note that pre-order items will ship once they are in stock, according to the lead times listed on the product pages.

While we work hard to ensure your order reaches you on time and in good condition, please note the following:

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather disruptions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
