How long will I have to wait for my order?

Please see product page for delivery lead times.  Please see our shipping page for details on standard lead-times.  The initial lead-time is because the products are brand new and we are expecting huge demand (some products, e.g. customized ones, will be made to order).

What payment method is used?

We use Paypal to process customers payments. In some instances we use a pre-order service called Celery - this is a well established and reliable provider with a good reputation and allows you the customer complete control over an order until it ships. We ask that customers enter as much information as possible when making payment through this service to lessen the chances of a transaction being rejected. This includes address, postcode, CV2 code and 3D secure password (these options may not apply to all countries and our systems will take this into account). We also can accept direct bank transfers via invoicing.

How do I make a bulk wholesale/distribution enquiry?

How do I become an affiliate?

Affiliates of Grant Sinclair Design Ltd can make money advertising our products using a specially provided link that allows them to earn up to 20% of all purchases made during shopping sessions generated from that link. If you are an individual (not trade organisation) interested in becoming an affiliate of Grant Sinclair Design Ltd, please contact us using the simple form here and we will contact you ASAP.

How do I make a bulk retail/mail order enquiry?

If you are interested in becoming a retailer (including Internet or Mail Order) seller, please contact us here.

How do I request a refund?

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can do this by logging into your Celery account (details on your order confirmation email) and cancelling from there.

If faulty we will replace - please refer to our faulty goods policy.

We are unable to refund products once shipped that have been ordered including customization (unless faulty) as they cannot be used for other customers.
